- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所要の回路を構成する回路配線を形成した
回路基板に透孔を設け、この透孔内に端子ピンを
挿通しかつこれをガラスで気密封止した気密パツ
ケージにおいて、少なくとも回路基板の回路配線
を前記透孔の内径方向に向かつて前記ガラス上に
まで延設し、この延設箇所において回路配線と端
子ピンとを金属細線で電気接続したことを特徴と
する気密パツケージ。 (2) 回路基板の一部と回路配線の一部とをガラ
ス上に延設してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の気密パツケージ。
