Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 分数馬力永久磁石直流電動機に於いて、上記
    の電動機は、ハウジング内に回転可能に取り付け
    られ、シヤフト、整流子、及びシヤフトに強固に
    取り付けられた巻線電機子によつて構成されるロ
    ータ・アツセンブリ、上記の整流子に電流を供給
    するためハウジングに取り付けられ、導電性ブラ
    シリーフに取り付けられたブラシ、及び上記のブ
    ラシを整流子に対して付勢するためのスプリング
    によつて構成されるブラシギヤ、及び上記のスプ
    リングによつて加えられる圧力を調整することに
    よつて上記の整流子に対する上記のブラシの圧力
    を調整するための調整手段によつて構成されるこ
    とを特徴とする電動機。 ２ 上記のブラシギヤは、上記の整流子の円周方
    向に移動可能なホルダに取り付けられることを特
    徴とする請求項１記載の電動機。 ３ 上記のスプリングは、上記のハウジングの一
    端に取り付けられ、その他端で上記のブラシリー
    フまたはブラシを押圧する弓形のリーフ・スプリ
    ングであることを特徴とする請求項１または２記
    載の電動機。 ４ 上記の調整手段は、ブラシ圧を増加するため
    上記のブラシリーフまたはブラシに対して上記の
    スプリングを付勢するように構成されていること
    を特徴とする請求項３記載の電動機。 ５ 上記のスプリング圧は、ねじによつて調整さ
    れることを特徴とする請求項４記載の電動機。 ６ 上記のスプリングは、上記のブラシまたはブ
    ラシリーフを押圧する第１脚部と上記のスプリン
    グにそれぞれあらかじめ加えられた別の負荷を与
    えるために異なつた位置に保持されるように構成
    された第２の脚部を有するコイル・スプリングで
    あることを特徴とする請求項１または２記載の電
    動機。 ７ 上記の第２脚部は、複数のストツパの１つに
    対して係合可能であり、上記のストツパは上記の
    スプリングにそれぞれあらかじめ加えられた別の
    負荷を与えるように構成されていることを特徴と
    する請求項６記載の電動機。 ８ 上記の調整手段は、電動機のハウジングの外
    側からアクセス可能であることを特徴とする請求
    項１ないし７のいずれかに記載の電動機。
