Claims (1)
向に独立的に少なくとも一対の検査プローブを移
動させる駆動部と、前記プリント基板に実装され
た各回路素子に前記検査プローブを予め設定され
た順序にしたがつて接触するように制御しかつ予
め設定された前記各素子の値と比較し異なる場合
は不良判定する制御部とを有するプリント基板検
査装置において、前記各素子の前記プリント基板
における各実位置を記憶する記憶手段と、一方の
前記検査プローブの前記駆動部により移動可能に
取付けられ、前記素子にマークを付けるためのマ
ーキング手段と、前記制御部からの不良情報によ
り前記記憶手段で設定された該当位置に前記マー
キング手段を移動させる移動制御手段とを備えて
いることを特徴とするプリント基板検査装置の不
良個所表示装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項において、
前記マーキング手段は、前記検査プローブを前記
駆動部に支持する支持部材に一体的に取付けられ
