ものであつて、第１図は被加工物を吸引固定する
吸着部を有した回転可能な支持台を示す断面図、
第２図は平面研削盤の要部構成図、第３図は支持
台上に設けられた減勢部としての堰体を示す断面
図、第４図は堰体の作用を説明する説明図、第５
図および第６図は本考案の他の実施例を示すもの
であつて、第５図は支持台上に形成された減勢部
としての案内溝を示す断面図、第６図は案内溝の
作用を説明する説明図である。 １は平面研削盤、２はウエーハ（被加工物）、
３は研削砥石、７は回転駆動手段、１１は昇降駆
動手段（進退駆動手段）、１４は回転駆動機構、
１６は真空チヤツク機構、１６ａは支持台、１６
ｂは真空ポンプ、１６ｃは吸着部、１８はクーラ
ント供給装置、２０は気孔質体、２１は無気孔質
部、２３は堰体（減勢部）、２６は堰体吸着部、
２７は案内溝（減勢部）である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被加工物を吸引固定する吸着部を有した回転可
    能な支持台と、上記の被加工物を研削するための
    研削砥石を回転駆動する回転駆動手段と、上記の
    研削砥石を被加工物の被研削面に対して離接させ
    るために上記の回転駆動手段を進退移動させる進
    退駆動手段と、上記の被加工物と研削砥石との当
    接面にクーラント液を供給するクーラント供給装
    置とを備えた平面研削盤において、 前記の吸着部に吸着された被加工物の周縁部よ
    りも外側の支持台上に、上記のクーラント供給装
    置から上記の被加工物と吸着部との当接面に供給
    されるクーラント液の勢いを弱める減勢部を設け
    たことを特徴とする平面研削盤。
