Claims (1)
- 基体と、前記基体上面に配設されているワーク
搬送路と、前記ワーク搬送路の上面に配設されワ
ークを固定保持するワーク保持具と、前記ワーク
保持具を先端に配設し、前記ワークを前記ワーク
搬送路上を移動させるワーク搬送装置と、前記ワ
ーク搬送装置と連結し駆動させる搬送駆動装置と
、前記ワーク搬送路上面両側に併行して配設され
ている一対の研磨布ベルトと、前記研磨布ベルト
を駆動させる駆動モータと、前記研磨布ベルトの
内周面に配設され、前記ワーク搬送路側に前記研
磨布ベルトを加圧するベルト加圧装置とから構成
されていることを特徴とする研削装置。
