Claims (1)
- シリンダ室を限定するシリンダ体と、該シリン
ダ室内に移動可能に設けられたピストンと、ピス
トンに連結されたピストンロツドと、該ピストン
ロツドと係合可能なブレーキ部材とを備えたブレ
ーキ機構付き流体圧シリンダにおいて、該シリン
ダ室に隣接して該ピストンロツドに交叉する方向
に伸びるブレーキシリンダ室を形成し、該ブレー
キシリンダ室内には該ピストンロツドと係合可能
なブレーキ部材を移動可能に設け、該ブレーキ部
材を該ブレーキシリンダ室内に導入する流体によ
り動作可能にし、該ブレーキ部材をばねにより制
動又は解放位置に偏倚するように構成したことを
特徴としたブレーキ機構付き流体圧シリンダ。
