ング装置の治具内の構成を示す構成図、第２図は
従来の通電エージング装置の構成図、第３図はヒ
ユーズの溶断特性を示す特性図である。 図中、１は直流電源、２は電流計、８はヒユー
ズ溶断検出回路、９は通電エージング用治具、１
０はＩＣソケツト、１１はスイツチ、１２は抵抗
器である。なお、図中同一符号は同一又は相当部
分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 通電エージング用治具内の各半導体部品に電流
    計及びヒユーズを介して電源を供給する直流電源
    と、信号を与える信号発生回路、及び上記ヒユー
    ズ動作に基いて保護動作するヒユーズ溶断検出回
    路を備えた通電エージング装置において、上記通
    電エージング用治具の電源用配線に、ダミーの負
    荷電流を入切する為のスイツチと、その負荷電流
    を調整する為の抵抗器を設けたことを特徴とする
    通電エージング装置。
