- 電圧駆動自己消弧型スイツチング素子を駆動す
る回路であつて、上記スイツチング素子を保護す
る保護回路、又は論理回路を有する駆動回路であ
つて、上記スイツチング素子を駆動する出力段と
、保護回路又は論理回路が同一の電源で動作する
駆動回路において、同一電源から保護回路又は論
理回路のいずれかあるいは両方へダイオードを通
して電流を供給することを特徴とするスイツチン
グ素子駆動回路。
