巻き包装後に包装シートの上部を一部折畳んだ状
態の斜視図、第９図は荷の最終包装状態の斜視図
、第１０図は具体的な装置の右側の平面図、第１
１図は第１０図の側面図、第１２図は第１０図の
正面図、第１３図は第１０図の背面図、第１４図
はハンドル回りの拡大図である。 図中、１は荷の進路であるコンベア、２は荷、
３Ｌ，３Ｒはカツター付きヒートシーラ、４Ｌ，
４Ｒはターンテーブル、５Ｌ，５Ｒは包材ロール
、６Ｌ，６Ｒは包装シート、７，８，９は静止縦
ローラ、１０，１１は移動縦ローラ、１７は移動
縦ローラを付勢するためのウエイトを示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 荷の通路の左右両側に相対向する一対のカツタ
    ー付きヒートシーラと、正逆転可能な一対のター
    ンテーブルを配置し、上記対の各ターンテーブル
    上に包装シートを巻取つた包材ロールを軸心を垂
    直にして搭載し、その各包材ロールから繰出した
    包装シートの先端を前記通路の途中で接着して該
    通路上を横断させ、前記荷を該通路上で進行させ
    ることによつて上記通路上を横断する包装シート
    で上記荷をＵ字形に包むと共に、前記対のカツタ
    ー付きヒートシーラを荷の後で互いに相手に向か
    い移動させ、且つ前記通路の中央で当接させるこ
    とにより前記各包装シートを荷の後に沿わせ、次
    いでヒートシーラで加熱して両包装シートを進路
    の中央で接着すると共に、その接着部分をカツタ
    ーで切断して二分する胴巻き包装装置において、 前記各ターンテーブルと進路の間に、各包材ロ
    ールから繰出した包装シートを掛ける複数本の静
    止縦ローラを間隔を保つて立設すると共に、上記
    静止縦ローラの隣接間隔内を通つて進路沿いに前
    後動可能な移動縦ローラを設け、この移動縦ロー
    ラを前後どちらの方向に付勢して前記静止縦ロー
    ラから離したことを特徴とする胴巻き包装装置。
