    て車両の前後進を判別するとともに、変速シフト
    ポジシヨンがニユートラルレンジにある場合には
    、それ以前の変速シフトポジシヨンに基づいて車
    両の前後進を判別する前後進判別手段を有するこ
    とを特徴とする車両用位置検出装置。
