  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 色の識別や測色に用いるカラーセンサーであ
    つて、測定光を分光するための透過型回折格子と
    、複数またはアレイ状の光検出器とを備えたカラ
    ーセンサー。 ２ 測定光を導く光フアイバーハンドルと、上記
    測定光を平行光にするレンズと、上記回折格子に
    より分光された光を光検出器に集光するレンズと
    を備えた請求項１記載のカラーセンサー。 ３ 上記回折格子が集光作用を有することを特徴
    とする請求項１または２記載のカラーセンサー。 ４ 上記回折格子のピツチが５μｍ以下であるこ
    とを特徴とする請求項１または２または３記載の
    カラーセンサー。 ５ 上記回折格子の凹部と凸部の差が０．０５μ
    ｍ以上であることを特徴とする請求項１または２
    または３または４記載のカラーセンサー。 ６ 上記回折格子または上記回折格子の母型を二
    光束干渉露光法により作製することを特徴とする
    請求項１または２または３または４または５記載
    のカラーセンサー。
