    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 励起用のレーザ光を出すレーザダイオードと、
    前記レーザダイオードからのレーザ光によつて励
    起されて発振するネオジウムガラスロツドと、前
    記ネオジウムガラスロツドの一方の端面と前記レ
    ーザダイオードとの間にあつて、前記レーザダイ
    オードからのレーザ光に対しては低反射率、高透
    過率であり、前記ネオジウムガラスロツドの発振
    光に対しては高反射率の高反射鏡を配置し、また
    前記ネオジウムガラスロツドの他方の端面側には
    、前記ネオジウムガラスロツドの発振光の一部を
    透過するハーフミラーを配置してなるレーザ発生
    装置。
