    固着した単一のレーザチツプとからなる装置であ
    つて、前記チツプは、その表面側に、チツプの１
    対の側壁と平行な３本の発光通路を有すると共に
    、前記１対の側壁間距離を５００μｍ以上になし
    たことを特徴とする半導体レーザ装置。
