Claims (1)
- 被測定光を２分して遅延および周波数シフトを
加えた後干渉して生じる光ビート信号を受光素子
で検出しその周波数スペクトルからスペクトル線
幅を測定する光スペクトル幅測定装置において、
受光素子の出力から周波数スペクトルを測定する
スペクトラム・アナライザと、このスペクトラム
・アナライザの出力からスペクトル線幅の演算を
行う演算装置とを備え、演算装置が周波数スペク
トルから折返しによる測定誤差を除去するように
構成したことを特徴とする光スペクトル幅測定装
置。
