    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 白色光源と、この白色光源の出力光を入射して
    分光する分光器と、この分光器の出力光を２つに
    分割する光ビームスプリツタと、この光ビームス
    プリツタの一方の出力光を検出する基準受光素子
    と、前記光ビームスプリツタの他方の出力光を検
    出する被測定受光素子と、前記分光器で分光する
    波長を変えて前記基準受光素子の出力と前記被測
    定受光素子の出力に基づいて前記被測定受光素子
    の波長特性を演算する制御演算手段とを備えたこ
    とを特徴とする受光素子波長特性測定装置。
