  1. 主電源の入力の立ち上がりに遅れて従電源の出
    力が立ち上がり、主電源の入力の立ち下がりより
    早く従電源の出力が立ち下がる電源回路において
    、上記主電源と従電源との間に、主電源の入力の
    立ち上がりに応じて立ち上がり、主電源の入力の
    立ち下がりより早く立ち下がるヒステリシス特性
    を有するリセツト回路を設け、該リセツト回路を
    介して従電源を出力させることを特徴とする電源
    回路。
