形成した説明図、第５図はトロコイドポンプに逃
し弁機構を装着した一部断面図、第６〜８図は内
、外ロータの回転状態の説明図、第９図ａ，ｂ，
ｃ，ｄ，ｅは油の圧力変化状態を示す図である。
第１０，１１図は従来のトロコイドポンプを示し
、第１０図はトロコイドポンプの概略正面図、第
１１図はシールランド部を大きくした状態の説明
図である。 図において、２は内燃機関、１０はクランク軸
、１２はトロコイドポンプ、１８は内ロータ、１
８ａは内歯、２０は外ロータ、２０ａは外歯、２
２はポンプハウジング、３０は吸入ポート、３２
は吐出ポート、３４はシールランド部、３８は中
間板、４０は空間、４２は逃し孔、４４は連絡路
、４８はボール、５０は弾圧用スプリング、そし
て５２は圧力逃し弁機構でる。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トロコイド曲線によつて形成された内ロータの
    内歯と外ロータの外歯とを噛合してポンププレー
    ト間で偏心回転させることにより前記ロータの回
    転方向に拡縮しつつ移動する空間を前記内ロータ
    の内歯と前記外ロータの外歯とによつて形成し、
    前記ポンププレートに形成した吸入ポートから流
    体を吸入し圧縮して前記ポンププレートに形成し
    た吐出ポートから吐出するトロコイドポンプにお
    いて、前記吸入ポートから前記吐出ポートに至る
    間のシールランド部で前記空間の容積が減少開始
    する以後の箇所と前記吐出ポートとを連通する連
    通路を設けるとともに前記空間内の流体圧が所定
    吐出圧を超えた場合には前記連通路を開放する圧
    力逃し弁機構を設けたことを特徴とするトロコイ
    ドポンプ。
