Claims (1)
る脱ガス器と、該脱ガス器で処理された供給水を
水滴の随伴下で蒸発させる蒸発器と、蒸発器から
の水滴含有水蒸気中の水滴は透過させないが水蒸
気は透過させる疎水性膜を備えた膜デミスターと
、該膜デミスターを透過した水蒸気を凝縮液化さ
せる凝縮器を具備していることを特徴とする純水
製造装置。 a degasser for removing dissolved gases or volatile components in the feed water; an evaporator for evaporating the feed water treated with the degasser with accompanying water droplets; and a water droplet in the water vapor containing water from the evaporator.
