Claims (1)
- ガンアーム１に取り付けた固定側電極チツプ２
と、固定側電極チツプに対向させて配置した可動
側電極チツプ３と、この可動側電極チツプを、固
定側電極チツプに対して進退駆動するエアシリン
ダ４と、このエアシリンダに接続した切換弁５と
を具えるスポツト溶接ガン６を、取付ブラケツト
９に固定した支持フレーム２３で、前記可動側電
極チツプの進退方向へ移動可能に支持するととも
に、スポツト溶接ガンと支持フレームとで、スポ
ツト溶接ガンを、可動側電極チツプの進出方向へ
、その進出限位置まで押圧するサブシリンダ３０
を構成し、前記エアシリンダのロツド側室４ｂと
切換弁５とを接続するエア通路２１に、チエツク
バルブ３２を介して前記サブシリンダのシリンダ
室３０ａに連通する分岐路３１を設けるとともに
、この分岐路に、前記シリンダ室の内圧を設定値
に維持する、設定圧可変の圧力調整弁３４を、前
記チエツクバルブと並列に配設してなるスポツト
溶接ガンのエコライジング機構。
