熱ロールの温度分布、第８図は本考案における印
刷用紙搬送中の熱ロールの温度分布である。図に
おいて、１は熱ロール、２はヒーターランプ、３
はフランジ、４は搬送ロール、５はプレヒータ、
６はステアリングコントローラ、７は印刷用紙、
８はトナーである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 熱ロールを一定温度に加熱するヒーターラン
    プと、熱ロール軸方向において熱ロールの両端に
    あるフランジと、ヒーターランプを内蔵し、フラ
    ンジによつて保持される回転ロールである熱ロー
    ルと、熱ロールと対向し印刷用紙を熱ロールと挾
    持搬送するため可回転に支持された搬送ロールと
    、印刷用紙搬送方向において熱ロールと搬送ロー
    ルの前にあり、印刷用紙を加熱するプレヒータと
    、搬送ロールと対向し搬送ロール軸方向において
    搬送ロールの熱ロールへの押し付け圧力を部分的
    に変化させ搬送中の印刷用紙の蛇行をおさえるス
    テアリングコントローラとから構成され、印刷用
    紙上のトナーは、熱ロールと搬送ロールとの間を
    通過する際に加熱加圧定着される電子写真装置の
    定着装置において、印刷用紙を搬送していない時
    の熱ロールの温度分布が、熱ロール軸方向におい
    て均一にしたことを特徴とする電子写真装置の定
    着装置。 ２ 印刷用紙搬送停止時の熱ロールの温度分布が
    、熱ロール軸方向において均一になるように、最
    低温度のヒーターランプの発熱量を、最高温度部
    のヒーターランプの発熱量より大きくしたことを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    電子写真装置の定着装置。 ３ 上記最低温度分のヒーターランプのヒータ線
    の単位長さ当たりの巻き数を、最高温度部のヒー
    ターランプのヒータ線の巻き数よりも多くし、発
    熱量の調整をヒーターランプで行うことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の電子写
    真装置の定着装置。
