Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 １１上の利用分野〕 本発朗は、痕熱器グリルを受入れるほぼＵ字状の枠から
成る放熱器枠が機関覆いに取付けられ、その表面輪郭が
機関覆いと同一面をなして終っている、自動車用放熱器
枠に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
このような放熱器枠は自動車技術において公知である。
放熱器枠は、後に設けられる機関冷却水用熱交換器を保
護しかつ覆う放熱器グリルが取付けられる枠から成って
いる。はぼＵ字駄に構成される放熱器枠は機ｌｌａ慶い
に取付けられている。特に空気力学上の理由から、放熱
器枠の表面輪郭と機関々いとか同一面をなして延びてい
るのが望ましい。この扉の公知の放熱器枠は金属から作
られ、機関覆いに固定的に結合されている。軽微な衝突
も放熱器枠を損傷する可能性がある。これは高い修理費
を伴うことがある。なぜならば、機関覆い全体を再塗装
せねばならないからである。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
本発明の基礎になっている課題は、損傷の危険が少なく
なるように、自動車用放熱器枠を構成することである。
帽Ｉを解決するための手段〕 この諜刷を解決するため、最初にあげた種類の放熱器枠
において本発明によれば、硬質弾性材料から作られてい
る放熱器枠が、取外し可能に弾性的に機ｒＪ！４！ＩＩ
いに設けられ、バンパの上側に凹所が設けられ、放熱器
枠の下部横棒がこの凹所へ入り込んでいる。
〔発明の効果〕
この構成により、軽微な衝突の際損傷は生じない。放熱
器枠の弾性的な取付けにより、回避運動が可能となる。
万一損傷が生じても、ｘ熱器枠を機関覆いから簡単に分
離することができる。これにより修理をｆｆｒｆｊｍか
つ安価に行なうことができる。
本発明のそれ以外の利点及び特徴は、従属請求項及び図
面に示した実施例の以下の説明から明らかになる。
〔実施例〕
第１図に示す放熱器枠ｌは自動車の機関覆い２に設けら
れている。第２図によればほぼＵ字状に構成されている
放熱器枠ｌは、後に設けられた機関冷却水用熱交換器を
保護しかつ覆うために取付けられている放熱器グリル７
の取付けに用いられる。正面部分全体は、パンパ８と放
熱器グリル７と機関覆い２との間でほぼ同一面の移行が
行なわれるように、構成されている。
バンパ８には凹／３１Ｔ９が設けられ、放熱器枠ｌの下
部横棒がこの凹所９へ入り込んでいる。正面部分への放
熱器枠ｌのこの取付けは安全技術上及び空気力学上の理
由から有利である。
損傷の危険を少なくするため、本発明による放熱器枠１
は硬質弾性プラスチックから作られている。これは例え
ばガラスｗａ雄で補強されたポリウレタンとすることが
できる。放熱器枠１の下部横棒は、バンパ８の範囲にあ
り、従って大きい荷重にさらされるので、補強して構成
されている。
放熱器枠ｌの取付けが第３図及び第４図に示されている
。機関覆い２の内側に内板３が取付けられて、機関々い
２の両側でバンパ８の範囲まで導かれている。放熱器枠
ｌは取付は部材１０により内板３の自由端に取付けられ
ている。このためなるべくクリップ結合を使用すること
ができる。それにより機関覆い２への放熱器枠ｌの容易
な取付は又はこれからの取外しが可能である。放熱器枠
ｌと機関覆い２との取外し可能な結合は、放熱器枠１が
万一損傷した場合、修理費を低減する。特に塗装作業を
別々に行なうことができる。
内板３の自由端への放熱器枠ｌの取付けは、衝突の際放
熱器枠ｌの回避運動を可能にする。
内板３の弾性的構成により、力の作用の終りに、放熱器
枠ｌの正常位置への復帰が保証される。
第４図において放熱器枠ｌは、少しだけバンパ８の方へ
導かれている機関覆い３に結合されている。本発明の別
の構成では、機関覆い３をバンパ８の方へ更に導くが、
内板３への放熱器枠ｌの取付は部は変らないようにする
ことができる。
更に第４図かられかるように、パンパ８にある凹所９は
、放熱器枠１に対して車室の方へずれて設けられる垂直
なストッパ面１１を持っている。もつと激しい衝突の場
合、放熱器枠１のもつと大きい回避運動がこのストッパ
面１１により阻止される。
本発明の有利な構成では、放熱器枠ｌ及び放熱器グリル
７がプラスチック部分をなしている。
このプラスチック部分も硬質弾性材料から作られている
。

第１図は本発明による放熱器枠を持つ自動車の正面部分
の斜視図、第２図は第１図による放熱器枠の平面図、第
３図は第１図のＡ部分の拡大図、第４図は第３図のＩＩ
Ｉ　−ＩＩＩ線による断面図である。 １・・・放熱器枠、２・・・機関覆い、７・・・放熱器
グリル、８・・・バンパ、９・・・凹所。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １　放熱器グリルを受入れるほぼＵ字状の枠から成る放
    熱器枠が機関覆いに取付けられ、その表面輪郭が機関覆
    いと同一面をなして終つているものにおいて、硬質弾性
    材料から作られている放熱器枠（１）が、取外し可能に
    弾性的に機関覆い（２）に設けられ、バンパ （８）の上側に凹所（９）が設けられ、放熱器枠（１）
    の下部横棒がこの凹所（９）へ入り込んでいることを特
    徴とする、自動車用放熱器枠。 ２　機関覆い（２）の内側に内板（３）が設けられて、
    機関覆い（２）の両側でバンパ（８）の範囲まで導かれ
    ていることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の放燃器枠。 ３　内板（３）の自由端に設けられる取付け部に取付け
    られていることを特徴とする、請求項２に記載の放燃器
    枠。 ４　凹所（９）が、放熱器枠（１）に対して車室の方へ
    ずれて設けられている垂直なストッパ面（１１）を持つ
    ていることを特徴とする、請求項３に記載の放燃器枠。 ５　放熱器グリル（７）及び放熱器枠（１）がプラスチ
    ック部分をなしていることを特徴とする、請求項４に記
    載の放燃器枠。
