Claims (1)
- 熱印加され熱応答試験が施される円柱形のセラ
ミツク試験片を中心軸線から２分割した一方の分
割片に複数個の白金薄膜温度センサーを貼着し、
その上にセラミツク系接着剤を盛り他方の分割片
を重ねて接合一体化する温度センサーにおいて、
上記セラミツク系接着剤を盛る前に、線膨張率が
同接着剤と上記白金薄膜温度センサーの感温部材
とのほゞ中間のセラミツク系接着剤でコーテイン
グを施したことを特徴とするセラミツク熱応答試
験用温度センサー。
