Claims (1)
- 電子ビーム進行方向に対して複数個のコイルを
配設し、発生する磁界を切り換えて電子ビームを
スキヤンさせる方式の電子ビーム偏向装置におい
て、前記複数個のコイルの最後列に常時直流磁界
又は交流磁界を発生させるコイルを設けてなるこ
とを特徴とする電子ビーム突き抜けを防止した電
子ビーム偏向装置。
