示す斜視図である。第１１図は従来の現像装置を
示す断面図、第１２図は従来の現像装置において
トナー無しにも拘らずトナー有りを検出する状態
を示す断面図、第１３図は従来の現像装置におい
てトナーの空洞化が生じた状態を示す断面図、第
１４図および第１５図は第１２図で示した問題を
解決した現像装置を示す断面図および斜視図であ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部にトナーを収納した容器内に、現像ロ
    ーラと、トナーと関与してトナーレベルを検出す
    るトナー検出器と、このトナー検出器と現像ロー
    ラとの間にかつトナー検出器の近傍にトナーを攪
    拌する攪拌羽根とをそれぞれ設けた電子写真装置
    の現像装置において、 前記容器内に前記攪拌羽根の回動に従動して揺
    動され前記現像ローラ側のトナーを攪拌して現像
    ローラ側へ送出す揺動部材を設けるとともに、 この揺動部材に前記トナー検出器側のトナーを
    攪拌する攪拌部材を設けた、 ことを特徴とする電子写真装置の現像装置。 (2) 内部にトナーを収納した容器内に、現像ロ
    ーラと、トナーと関与してトナーレベルを検出す
    るトナー検出器と、このトナー検出器と現像ロー
    ラとの間にかつトナー検出器の近傍にトナーを攪
    拌する攪拌羽根とをそれぞれ設けた電子写真装置
    の現像装置において、 前記容器内に前記攪拌羽根の回動に従動して揺
    動され前記現像ローラ側のトナーを攪拌して現像
    ローラ側へ送出す揺動部材を設けるとともに、 この揺動部材に前記現像ローラの軸方向へ移動
    可能な取付部材を介して前記トナー検出器側のト
    ナーを攪拌する攪拌部材を設けた、 ことを特徴とする電子写真装置の現像装置。 (3) 内部にトナーを収納した容器内に、現像ロ
    ーラと、トナーと関与してトナーレベルを検出す
    るトナー検出器と、このトナー検出器と現像ロー
    ラとの間でかつトナー検出器の近傍にトナーを攪
    拌する攪拌羽根とをそれぞれ設けた電子写真装置
    の現像装置において、 前記容器内に、前記攪拌羽根の回動に従動して
    揺動され前記現像ローラ側のトナーを攪拌して現
    像ローラ側へ送出す揺動部材と、前記攪拌羽根の
    回動に従動して揺動され前記トナー検出器側のト
    ナーを攪拌する揺動部材とをそれぞれ支点を異に
    して設けた、 ことを特徴とする電子写真装置の現像装置。
