- 半導体素子の両主面に２つの電極、更に該両電
極の他端には電極リード線が配置されており、前
記半導体素子をガラスで覆つたダブルヒートシン
ク型のガラスパツシベーシヨン半導体装置におい
て、前記一方の電極リード線と前記電極の接続部
から前記両電極間に配置された前記半導体素子を
経て他方の前記電極リード線と前記電極の接続部
迄を前記ガラスで覆つたことを特徴とする半導体
装置。
