Claims (1)
- 進行波管用電子銃の電子ビームをコントロール
するグリツドの製造装置において、前記グリツド
と露光に必要な平行光線発生装置の間に露光用フ
イルム及び前記グリツドの曲率中心に焦点を有す
るレンズを配置し、露光後化学的処理によつて、
任意のグリツド穴形状を形成することを特徴とす
る進行波管用電子銃のグリツドの製造装置。
