Claims (1)
- 荷電粒子を加速する加速管と、この加速管に直
流電圧を印加する加速電源とを備える荷電粒子加
速装置において、前記加速管の少なくとも一方端
部と、それと同電位にある構造物との間に、当該
構造物から電気的に絶縁された金属配管を挿入し
、かつこの金属配管を、前記加速電源のそれを挿
入した極性側に専用の配線で接続したことを特徴
とする荷電粒子加速装置。
