Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧力容器内の液体のレベルを感知する接合熱電
対液位測定装置において、 (イ) 軸方向に間隔をおいて配置した複数個の長
い伝熱性のハウジング62を備え、 各ハウジングは前記の圧力容器内に位置するセ
ンサ36と、ハウジングが感知しようとするレベ
ルの範囲と少なくとも同程度にのびている有効長
を有して前記ハウジングのセンサ内に位置するヒ
ータコイル64と、少なくともこのヒータコイル
の有効長にわたつて前記ハウジングを充填してい
る熱的に伝導性、電気的に絶縁性の絶縁材料70
と、前記ヒータコイルからの熱束が実質的に影響
を与える位置に、前記ハウジングのセンサ内に配
置されている加熱熱電対接合68と、この加熱熱
電対接合に電気的に直列に接続されており、前記
ヒータコイルからの熱束が実質的に影響を与える
ことがない距離だけ前記ヒータコイルから離して
、前記ハウジングのセンサ内に配置されている非
加熱熱電対接合66と、前記ヒータコイルの少な
くとも有効長にわたつて前記ハウジングの一部分
を包囲しているはねよけ72と、このはねよけの
包囲空間とはねよけの外部との間を流体連通する
出入口78,82とを有しており、さらに (ロ) 下端を閉じられていて、前記複数の伝熱性
のハウジングを包囲してそしてこれらのハウジン
グの長さにわたつてのびている分離管86、 (ハ) 前記圧力容器内の流体レベルの変化又は圧
力低下時に前記分離管内の液体もしくは急激に気
体になつた液体が排出して前記分離管の内外の液
位を等化するように流体を逃出せしめる大きさと
した、前記分離管の内と外とを流体連通する横出
入口90,92 (ニ) 前記分離管を包囲しその長さにわたつての
びている支持管100、 (ホ) この支持管の内側と外側とを流体連通し、
少なくとも一部は前記分離管の内側と外側とを流
体連通する横出入口102、 を備えていることを特徴とする液体のレベルを感
知する装置。
