- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板の一方の主面およびそれに対向する他方の
主面に夫々マイクロ波回路の回路パターンおよび
アースパターンが形成されてなるマイクロ波回路
において、 上記基板には上記回路パターンの一部、この回
路パターンの一部の上に形成された誘電体層およ
びこの誘電体層の上に形成された上部電極よりな
るコンデンサが形成され、マイクロ波回路の高周
波的に接地すべき部分が上記コンデンサの上部電
極に接続される一方、上記回路パターンの一部は
上記アース電極に電気的に接続されていることを
特徴とするマイクロ波回路の接地構造。
