、１０は電源ライン、１１は測定ライン、１２は
制御信号、１３は電源オフ信号、１４は統合プロ
グラムである。なお、各図中の同一符号は同一ま
たは相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 自動供給装置から供給される被測定素子の測定
を行う測定部と、前記被測定素子の測定を実行さ
せるための被測定素子用プログラムおよび検査装
置の自己診断を実行させるための自己診断用プラ
グラムが格納される記憶部と、各部に電力を供給
する電源部と、前記被測定用プログラムおよび自
己診断用プログラムによる前記被測定素子の測定
および前記検査装置の自己診断を所定のタイミン
グで実行させ、前記自己診断用プログラムの実行
により異常を検出したとき前記電源部をオフとす
る制御部とからなることを特徴とする検査装置。
