る。尚、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を
示す。

- 書換えが可能な不揮発性メモリを備え、試験に
より得られた計測値の合否判定を行う品質判定規
準を有し、この品質判定値の簡易書換を行う規準
変更手段、この規準変更手段によつて変更される
品質判定規準を不揮発性メモリに登録する規準登
録手段、及びこの規準登録手段により不揮発性メ
モリに登録された品質判定規準を読出す規準読出
手段を備えた機能試験装置。
