- 表面に複数の放熱フインを有し、裏面を半導体
集積回路用パツケージに接着させて半導体集積回
路を冷却させるためのヒートシンクにおいて、移
送のために吸着する吸着用台座を前記表面の外周
部に複数個有することを特徴とするヒートシンク
。
