Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物に関し、更に詳しくは
食品包装用等に適した無毒性の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物
に関する。
ポリ塩化ビニルに代表される塩化ビニル系樹脂は、透明
性、強度、経済性等に優れる為、包装用フィルムとして
多量に使用されており、又近年においては食品包装用の
ストレッチフィルムやシュリンクフィルムとして、その
使用量が増加の傾向にある。このような食品包装用フィ
ルムにおいては、近年特に無毒性が強調されており、塩
化ビニル系樹脂の安定化剤としても、エボキン化植物油
、有［２カルシウム、有機酸亜鉛、ステアロイルベンゾ
イルメタン、トリスノニルフェニルホスファイト等の無
毒性安定剤が使用されている。しかしながら、これらの
従来の安定剤では安定化能が未だ不十分であり、熱安定
性、着色防止性に優れた無毒性安定剤が熱望されていた
。
本発明者らは、かかる状況に鑑み鋭意検討の結果、熱安
定性、着色防止性、透明性に優れた無毒性の塩化ビニル
系樹脂組成物を見出すに至った。
すなわち本発明は、塩化ビニル系樹脂に（１）有８ｉ酸
カルシウム　（２）有機酸亜鉛（３）ステアロイルベン
ゾイルメタン、パルミドイルベンゾイルメタン、デヒド
ロ酢酸から選ばれた１種以上　（４）トコフェロール系
化合物のカルボン酸エステルを含有させることを特徴と
する塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物を提供するものである。
本発明における塩化ビニル系樹脂としては、塩化ビニル
単独重合体あるいは塩化ビニルと酢酸ビニル・塩化ビニ
リデン・エチレン・プロピレン・メタアクリル酸エステ
ル・ウレタン樹脂との共重合体やグラフト重合体、ある
いはこれら樹脂とのブレンド物等が挙げられる。
次に本発明で用いられる壱ｉ酸カルシウム及び有ｊａ酸
亜鉛を構成する有ａ酸としては、ステアリン酸、イソス
テアリン酸、１２−ヒドロキシステアリン酸、オレイン
酸、パルミチン酸、ミリスチン酸、ラウリン酸、ネオデ
カン酸、イソデカン酸、カプリン酸、オクチル酸、ヘプ
タン酸、２−エチルヘキシル酸、ナフテン酸、ベヘニン
酸、エルカ酸、アラキシン酸、リノール酸、リルン酸、
リシノール酸等が挙げられる。これら有１ｍカルシウム
及び有ａｒＩｉ亜鉛の使用量は、塩化ビニル系樹脂１０
０重量部に対してそれぞれ０．０１〜２重量部が好まし
い。
又、本発明で用いられるステアロイルベンゾイルメタン
、パルミトイルベンゾイルメタン、デヒドロ酢酸の使用
量は、塩化ビニル系樹脂１００重Ｍ部に対して０．００
１〜１重量部が好ましい。
本発明で用いられるトコフェロール系化合物のカルボン
酸エステルとしては、α−トコフェロール、β−トコフ
ェロール、γ−トコフェロール、δ−トコフェロール、
ビタミン−Ｅの、ギ酸、酢酸、プロピオン酸、シュウ酸
、コハク酸、バルミチン酸、マロン酸等のカルボン酸エ
ステルが挙げられる。これらの使用量は塩化ビニル系樹
脂１００重量部に対して０．００１〜２重量部が好まし
い。
又、本発明においては上記安定化剤の他に目的に応じて
、可塑剤、防曇剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、ブロッ
キング防止剤、エポキシ化合物、有機金属化合物、有機
亜リン酸エステル等を使用してもよいことはいうまでも
ない。
例えば可塑剤としては、ジオクチルフタレート等のフタ
ル酸エステル系、ジオクチルアジペート等のアジピン酸
エステル系、ポリエステル系、クエン酸エステル系等が
挙げられるが、無毒性の点からジイソノニルアジペート
、アセチルトリブチルシトレートを用いるのが好ましい
。防曇剤としては、ソルビタンモノラウレート等のソル
ビタンエステル系、ポリグリセリンモノオレエート等の
グリセリンエステル系、ショ糖エステル系等が挙げられ
る。エポキシ化合物としては、エポキシ化大豆油、エポ
キシ化アマニ油、エポキシ化ヒマシ油、エポキシステア
リン酸オクチル、エポキシ化ポリブタジェン等が挙げら
れる。有機金属化合物としては、オクチル酸ナトリウム
等の脂肪酸ナトリウム塩、オクチル酸カリウム等の脂肪
酸カリウム塩、オクチル酸マグネシウム等の脂肪酸マグ
ネシウム塩、ジ−ｎ−オクチルスズビス（イソオクチル
チオグリコール酸エステル）、ジ−ｎ−オクチルスズマ
レイン酸塩ポリマー等のスズ塩等が挙げられる。
以下、実施例により具体的に説明する。
実施例１ 第１表の組成物を１８０℃のロールにて５分間混練しフ
ィルムを作成した。得られたフィルムを１８０℃のギア
ーオーブンにて熱安定性を評価し、１７０℃で２０分間
プレス加工を行ったプレスシートにて着色防止性を８１
価した。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 塩化ビニル系樹脂に、（１）有機酸カルシ ウム（２）有機酸亜鉛（３）ステアロイ ルベンゾイルメタン、パルミトイルベンゾイルメタン、
    デヒドロ酢酸から選ばれた１種以上（４）トコフェロー
    ル系化合物のカルボ ン酸エステルを含有させることを特徴とする塩化ビニル
    系樹脂組成物。
