    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数個の静磁波遅延素子と、前記静磁波遅延素
    子からの出力を増幅する複数個の増幅器と、一つ
    のカプラからなり、前記静磁波遅延素子と増幅器
    が１つ置きにループ状に接続され、前記カプラに
    よりループ中の信号を取出す様に構成したことを
    特徴とする静磁波遅延線型発振器。
