Claims (1)
- ストロークセンサをセンサハウジングの所定位
置に収装し、このセンサハウジングをシリンダ装
置のシリンダヘツド端面に配置し、かつピストン
ロツドを摺動自由に貫通させたストロークセンサ
の取付構造において、シリンダヘツドとセンサハ
ウジングとのいずれか一方の外周部に環状溝を形
成し、この環状溝に嵌合した分割リングプレート
と上記いずれか他方とをボルトで締結したことを
特徴とするストロークセンサの取付構造。
