Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 工作物を回転工具により工具径路に従つて立体
    加工する工作機械のＮＣデータを作成する装置に
    おいて、 前記工作物の材質及び前記回転工具の種類・径
    ・刃数とから成る主因子の組合せと、その組合せ
    により決定される主軸回転数Ｓと送り速度Ｆから
    成る標準加工条件との関係表を記憶した標準加工
    条件データベースと、 前記主因子と前記主因子以外に加工条件の変更
    原因となる副因子との組合せにより、前記標準加
    工条件を変更する変更係数を、各因子を条件とし
    変更係数を結論とするルール形式で記憶した加工
    条件変更ルールベースと、 前記主因子の値から前記標準加工条件データベ
    ースを検索し、標準加工条件を決定する標準加工
    条件決定手段と、 前記主因子及び前記副因子の値から前記加工条
    件変更ルールベースの各ルールの成否を判定し、
    成立するルールの結論から変更係数を決定し、そ
    の変更係数にて前記標準加工条件を変更する加工
    条件変更手段と、 前記加工条件変更手段により変更された加工条
    件と前記工具径路に従つてＮＣデータを生成する
    ＮＣデータ生成手段と を備えたことを特徴とするＮＣデータ作成装置
    。
