第１図は、本考案を用いたトラクター用播種機
の側面図である。第２図は、同じく繰り出し部の
斜視図である。第３図は、同じく車速検出部の断
面図である。第４図は、請求範囲第２項の制御装
置の実施例のブロツク図である。第５図は、請求
範囲第２項の制御装置の別の実施例のブロツク図
である。第６図は、請求範囲第３項の制御回路の
実施例のブロツク図である。 〔主要部分の記号の説明〕、２：バツテリー、
１６：モーター、３０：シヤフトエンコーダーＡ
、３３：接地輪、３５：シヤフトエンコーダーＢ
、３６：Ｆ―ＶコンバーターＡ、３７：抵抗器、
３８：ＰＷＭ回路、３９：パワーＭＯＳ ＦＥＴ
、４０：フライホイルダイオード、４１：抵抗器

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 繰り出しロール、ポンプ、搬送ベルト等を
    モーターによつて駆動する農作業機において、移
    動速度を検出する接地論を設け、接地輪によりシ
    ヤフトエンコーダーＡの軸を回し、シヤフトエン
    コーダーＡの信号を受け、移動速度に比例した電
    圧を発生するＦ―ＶコンバターＡを設け、更にＦ
    ―ＶコンバーターＡの電圧を受けパルス幅変調す
    るＰＷＭ回路を設ける。ＰＷＭ回路より出力する
    パルス幅変調波に同期してＦＥＴ又はトランジス
    ターをＯＮ／ＯＦＦすることで、モーターへ供給
    する電力を制御可能とし、移動速度とモーターの
    回転数を一定の比率に保つ農作業機におけるモー
    ターの制御装置。 (2) 変換比率を任意に設定できるＦ―Ｖコンバ
    ーターＡを設け移動速度とモーターの回転数の比
    率を選択可能とした請求項１記載の農作業機にお
    けるモーターの制御装置。 (3) モーターの回転数を検出するシヤフトエン
    コーダーＢを設け、シヤフトエンコーダーＢの信
    号を受けモーターの回転数に比例した電圧を発生
    するＦ―ＶコンバーターＢを設け。Ｆ―Ｖコンバ
    ーターＡの電圧とＦ―ＶコンバーターＢの電圧を
    演算し補正した電圧を出力する演算器をＰＷＭ回
    路の前に挿入することで、モーターの回転数と目
    標回転数とのずれを補正可能とした請求項２記載
    の農作業機におけるモーターの制御装置。
