して、エンジン出力によって互いに逆方向に回転する前

的に噛合せしめることにより11i後進の切換えを行な
うものか多い、この場合、前、後進用ギヤの何れか一方
にドッグクラッチが噛み合った状態から切換操作を行な
うと、ドッグクラッチがそのギヤに噛み合ったまま抜け
にくいことかあり、このため、斯かる場合にエンジンの
駆動トルクを瞬間的に減少させるシフト補助装置が提案
されている。

の他端を前後進切換機構141のクラッチ142に連結
して前記アーム121の揺動、即ちシフト操作レバー1
10の動きをクラッチ142の前後進及び中立の切換動
作に連動せしめ、更に、ドライブケーブル112のアウ
ターチューブ113を偏心プレート129に固定し、該
偏心プレート129の回動によってエンジンの点火を制
御する失火作動スイッチ170を作動させるように構成
したものである。

(問題点を解決するための手段)
上記目的を達成すべく本発明は、シフト操作レバーの操
作によってリモコンケーブルを介してレバーな回動せし
め、リモコンケーブルのストロークをレバーにてドライ
ブケーブルのストロークに変信して所要のシフト操作を
なすとともに、所要の場合にエンジン点火系を制御する
シフト補助装置において、前記レバーを、同軸上を回動
し、且つ互いに係合可能な2部材A、Bで構成し、部材
Aの一端には前記リモコンケーブルを連結し、部材Bの
一端には前記ドライブケーブルを連結するとともに、こ
れら2部材A、Hの保合部の隙間に、所定の荷重を受け
て作動し、エンジン点火系に制御信号を送るr4重セン
サーを介設したことを特徴とする。

(作用)

される。尚、この場合には、荷重センサーは非作動状態
にある。

火系に制御信号か送られて例えばエンジンが失火せしめ
られてその駆動トルクが瞬間的に減少し、以ってクラッ
チかギヤから滑らかに抜けて中立位tに開放される。

以下に本発明の一実施例を添付図面に基づいて説明する

シフト操作レバーlOは不図示の操舵室に設けられてお
り、該シフト操作レバーlOはリモコンケーブル11を
介して前記エンジンlの側壁に設置された本発明に係る
シフト補助装置20のレバー21に連結されている。そ

イブケーブル12が延出されており、該ドライブケーブ
ル12は前記駆動ユニット40内に設けられた前後進切
換機構41のクラッチ42にシフトアーム43を介して
連結されている。

第1図に示す状態では前後進切換機構41のクラッチ4

46に噛合し、この結果、プロペラ50が逆転して船体
30が後進せしめられる。尚、以上の場合においては、
荷重センサー70.70にはこれらを作動せしめるに必
要な大きさの荷重(作動圧)は作用しておらず。

この制御信号を受けてエンジンlを失火せしめてその駆
動トルクを瞬間的に減少せしめるため、クラッチ42が
前進用ギヤ45又は後進用ギヤ46から滑らかに抜けて
中立状態に開放される。

(発明の効果)
以上の説明で明らかな如く本発明によれば、シフト操作
レバーの操作によってリモコンケーブルを介してレバー
な回動せしめ、リモコンケーブルのストロークをレバー
にてドライブケーブルのストロークに変換して所要のシ
フト操作をなすとともに、所要の場合にエンジン点火系
を制御するシフト補助装置において、前記レバーを、同
軸上を回動し、且つ互いに係合可能な2部材A、Bで構
成し1部材Aの一端には前記リモコンケーブルを連結し
1部材Bの一端には前記ドライブケーブルを連結すると
ともに、これら2部材A、Bの係合部の隙間に、所定の
荷重を受けて作動し、エンジン点火系に制御信号を送る
荷重センサーを介設したため、当該シフト補助装置の構
造単純化、小型化及び取付自由度の拡大を図ることがで
きるという効果が得られる。

Claims (1)
- シフト操作レバーの操作によってリモコンケーブルを介
してレバーを回動せしめ、リモコンケーブルのストロー
クをレバーにてドライブケーブルのストロークに変換し
て所要のシフト操作をなすとともに、所要の場合にエン
ジン点火系を制御するシフト補助装置において、前記レ
バーを、同軸上を回動し、且つ互いに係合可能な2部材
