After using a fingertip to create a film on the mother-of-pearl with a resin adhesive, a mold is made into the desired pattern and cut with scissors, and then the part of the fabric where the pattern is to be expressed is cut. The method adopted is to place the mother-of-pearl from which the peeling layer has been removed, and then heat the mother-of-pearl with an iron or the like from above the surface of the mother-of-pearl to press and fix the mother-of-pearl on the fabric surface.

ろである。However, in this conventional method of adhering and forming mother-of-pearl on textiles, because the film thickness of the thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive for adhering mother-of-pearl and textiles is thin, the two may peel over time. It is regrettable that this phenomenon occurs and that the product has defects that cannot withstand repeated use over a long period of time, and that a great deal of skill is required to regenerate and repair the peeled part, which directly leads to a rise in repair costs. .

There was a risk that the screws would be cut or torn due to contact, etc., and that this would cause them to peel off.

The mother-of-pearl is made into a fine film using the fingertips of the hand, but in practice only a very rough film is formed.
It is not possible to pass the needle to the desired location within the glued screw, and even if a temporary needle is passed through and the screw is indirectly held with a sewing thread, it is difficult to insert the needle into the screw. It had defects that caused mating and peeling.

In the conventional screw bonding method, the thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive has a color close to white, so it has defects that make it difficult to obtain screws with a clear pearlescent glow, making it difficult to obtain high added value when converted into various secondary products. I was worried that I couldn't reach the point where I wanted to.

An adhesive made by mixing a □ agent and a liquid soft synthetic resin adhesive in a ratio of approximately 1:2 is applied to one side of the mother-of-pearl, and after drying, heat and pressure is applied to increase the adhesive strength to the mother-of-pearl. It has the advantage that it is strong and does not peel off. In other words, the adhesive that has been applied in advance to one side of the mother-of-pearl is heated and pressurized to melt the powdered or granular hard thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive, and the melt adheres to the kneaded soft synthetic resin adhesive. The surface adhesive has a strong adhesive force, and at the same time, its melting increases the adhesive strength to the mother-of-pearl, resulting in significantly superior surface fastness, water resistance, chemical resistance, and durability after bonding. Become. And the mixing ratio of both adhesives is approximately 1:2.
If so, the effect of improving the adhesiveness and the texture of mother-of-pearl will be created.

It is not durable for long-term use, and although the adhesive force to the mother-of-pearl is strong if only a hard thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive is used, the holding power of the mother-of-pearl formed with a membrane is low, and there may be defects in the mother-of-pearl that separate the mother-of-pearl. At the same time, it also deteriorates the texture of the flexible material.
