Reference numeral 1 is a top light projecting from the roof surface 2, and the top surface thereof has a tempered glass 3 and a heat collecting plate 4. , a solar heat collector 6 consisting of a heat insulating plate 5, etc. is constructed, and on the back side of the heat collecting plate 6, heat accumulators 7 containing conventionally known heat storage capsules etc. are attached back to back with the heat insulating plate 5 as a partition plate. It is being A window 8 for lighting and ventilation is provided on the right side wall of the top light 1. The heat collector 6 and the heat storage 7 are communicated through ducts 9 and 10 provided at the left and right ends, and electric dampers 11 and 12 are attached to these parts so as to be openable and closable. A ventilation opening 14 having a ventilation fan 13 and a ventilation damper 14' is attached to the upper left end of the duct 10 so as to communicate with the duct 10. Furthermore, the ducts 9, 1
A duct 16 having a heating outlet 15 and a duct 18 having a heating inlet 17 are connected to the 0, respectively, which supply hot air for heating indoors or ventilate the indoor air. It is structured in such a way that it can be obtained. In the figure, reference numeral 19 is a heat collecting heating fan provided on the left side of the heat storage device 7.

As shown in the figure, when the dampers 11 and 12 are opened, the fan 19 is driven to store solar heat in the heat storage device 7 using the heat collector 6, and lighting is provided through the window 8. As shown in the figure, the damper 1
1 and 12 are closed and the heat storage device 7 is closed by the fan 19.
The amount of heat stored in
3 ventilates the indoor air to the outside through the opening 14, thereby preventing a rise in the indoor temperature and preventing the heat collector 6 from overheating, and at the same time by using the window 8. This part allows for daylight as well as ventilation, and at night in the summer, as shown in Figure 5, the dampers 11 and 1
By using the fan 4' and the fan 13, ventilation operation can be performed.
