号公報にてレリーフ印刷方法として提案されている。(Prior Art) As a method of printing and forming a three-dimensional image on the surface of a sheet-like or plate-like base material, bumps or irregularities are created on printing paper. Print the pattern you want to print, form the desired unevenness that matches the printed pattern on one side of the metal mold, apply adhesive to the surface of the flat mount, and apply the above printing onto this adhesive layer. A transparent thermoplastic film layer or a resin coating layer is interposed on the printed surface of the paper, the uneven surface of the mold is made to match the printed pattern, and the mold is placed on the intervening layer. Tokuko Sho created a system that combined the intervening layer, printed paper, adhesive layer, and the surface of the flat mount by applying heat and pressure using a press, and molding the intervening layer, printed paper, adhesive layer, and the surface of the flat board into a single piece using a molding die. 40-27014
It is proposed as a relief printing method in the publication No.

極めて不自然なものとなってしまう問題点があった。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the relief printing method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 40-27014 uses a press to form irregularities corresponding to the pattern, and therefore requires special skills. If the unevenness formed on the mold does not match the pattern,
There was a problem that the result was extremely unnatural.

Since the method uses an intervening layer made of a transparent or semi-transparent thermoplastic film and presses it together with an adhesive to form a convex-concave shape, a different mold is still used for each pattern. However, there are problems in that the cost of the mold is high and the work requires skill.

Since the intervening layer made of transparent or semi-transparent thermoplastic film is pressed together and the unevenness is formed, the raised unevenness easily peels off, making it suitable for long-term use. It is unsuitable for industrial materials. However, if the entire surface was simply covered with a film, there was a problem in that the unevenness would fade.

上述した問題点を解決するものである。(Means for Solving the Problems) This invention involves coating or laminating a synthetic resin material such as vinyl chloride on the surface of a sheet-like or plate-like base material, and then coating or laminating the surface of the base material in the form of a sheet or plate. An appropriate number of ventilation holes are drilled at the appropriate locations, and then a decorative print with a flower-like pattern is applied to the surface of the base material. Then, a foaming paint is applied to the decorative printed area, and this paint is applied. By foaming, the surface of the decorative printing part is formed into irregularities as appropriate, and a transparent or highly transparent film is pasted on the thus formed surface, and the pasting is carried out through the ventilation holes so that the back of the base material can be seen. By performing the process while suctioning and heating the film, and by interposing an art material such as a pressed flower at an appropriate position between the base material and the film, further,
The film is colored in a color similar to the color that changes due to oxidation and fading of pressed flowers, and is made to have transparency.
This solves the above-mentioned problems.

Drill an appropriate number of ventilation holes at appropriate locations, and then
A decorative print with a pattern such as a flower is applied to the surface of the base material, and then a foaming paint is applied to the decorative printed portion, and the paint is foamed to form the surface of the decorative printed portion into an appropriately uneven surface.

The film is strongly adhered to the patterned area following the irregularities, and in this state the film is adhered to the base material.

。Further, an art material such as a pressed flower is interposed at an appropriate position between the base material and the film, and thereby, in addition to the printing, the film is brought into close contact with the unevenness of the printed pattern, The art materials placed on top of this pattern are integrated and assimilated. Furthermore, the film is colored in a color close to the color that changes due to oxidation or fading of pressed flowers, and is formed to have transparency, giving the whole a subdued color. For example, if pressed flowers are interposed, the oxidation Choose a color that is close to the change color due to fading or fading to eliminate changes in the overall tone.

The film 6 is evenly and tightly brought into contact with the pattern 4 and the art material 5, so that the raised state of the pattern 4 and the art material 5 can be faithfully expressed. Therefore, the pattern 4 and the art material 5 appear to be integrated and assimilated, and even if the pattern 4 is printed,
If the art material 5 is a pressed flower, the pattern 4 itself will look similar to a pressed flower.

The colors are almost the same when compared,
Even if the art material 5 changes color, it can maintain a constant color.
