Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a thin strong pattern to the surface of an FRP layer by a simple process, by forming a gel coat layer to a mold to cure the same and subsequently closely adhering a film having a pattern printed thereon to the gel coat layer before laminating an FRP layer to said film. CONSTITUTION:A transparent gel coat layer 2 is formed to the surface of a mold 1 formed of a metal or resin. Pattern base paper 10 is formed by bonding release paper 11 to the under surface of a polyester film 3 having a pattern printed thereon, which is arranged at the central part, through an adhesive layer 12 and bonding an application film 14 to the upper surface of the film 3 through a primer layer 13. After the release paper 11 is peeled off, the pattern base paper 10 is bonded to the transparent gel coat layer 2 and the surface layer part is pressed on the upper surface side of the film 14 through a roller to bond the film 3 to the upper surface of the transparent gel coat layer 2 through the adhesive layer 12. Subsequently, the film 14 of the pattern base paper 10 is peeled off and FRP is laminated in a laminar state from above. する工程と、該ゲルコート層の硬化後にゲルコートi上
に模様が印刷きれたフィルムを密着させる工程と、該フ
ィルム上にFRPiを積層させる工程とを主体として構
成きれたことである。
