A method of crushing the material using a method has been devised and put into practical use. This method involves mixing an expanding crushing agent mainly composed of a lime-based inorganic compound with water, filling it into a hole in rock or concrete, and utilizing the expansion pressure generated by the hydration reaction between the agent and water. This is a method of crushing.

作業が非常に煩雑となる。 However, since the expanding crushing agent used in this method is sold in powder form, the powder is dissolved in water and poured into the borehole for use on site.
Therefore, it is mostly used for drilling downwards, and when used for drilling horizontally or upwardly, such as inside a tunnel, the mouth of the hole is closed and a special injection tube is used to fill the hole. must,
The work becomes extremely complicated.

The capsule is immersed in water and then inserted into the borehole, making it possible to insert the expanding crushing agent easily, quickly, and reliably even in horizontal or upward boreholes. That is.

FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of the enclosed capsule 1. The capsule 1 is made of a water-permeable material such as highly water-absorbing paper or cloth, or porous flexible plastic, and its outer diameter is appropriately determined depending on the diameter of the perforation, and its length is also determined depending on handling and other factors. It will be determined as appropriate, taking into consideration the following points. Also, capsule 1 is the second
As shown in the figure, a pipe 3 made of a water-permeable material may be provided in the longitudinal direction of the center.

It is known that when mixed with water, this expanding crushing agent generates an expansion pressure of 3000 t/m 2 or more through a hydration reaction.

Usually produced in a factory and delivered to the site. During construction, a water tank 4 for immersing the capsule 1 is prepared at the site as shown in FIG. 3, and the capsule 1 is immersed in this water tank 4. The immersion is continued until water is sufficiently permeated into the expanding and crushing agent 2 in the capsule 1. In this case, if a capsule 1 as shown in FIG. 2 is used, water will also permeate through the core of the capsule 1, so the immersion time will be shortened accordingly.

In this case, it is preferable to prepare a push rod 6 and push it. The capsule 1 is usually inserted over the entire length of the borehole 5. Therefore, depending on the length of the perforation 5, a plurality of capsules 1 may be inserted. The expanding and crushing agent 2 in the capsule 1 is
It gradually expands due to the hydration reaction, and the crushing effect appears within about 10 to 20 hours, causing the rock and concrete to be crushed.

果を奏するものである。 As explained above, when crushing rocks or concrete structures, the present invention involves enclosing an expanding crushing agent that expands due to a hydration reaction in a capsule formed of a water-permeable material, and immersing this capsule in water to crush the expanding crushing agent. After the agent is infiltrated with water, it is inserted into a hole made in the object to be crushed, such as a rock or concrete structure, so the expanding crushing agent is easy to mix with water and can be easily compressed by capsules. Because it is inserted into the hole, it can be easily and quickly drilled not only downward, but also horizontally and upwardly without the need for special equipment, greatly reducing construction labor and costs. It has many excellent effects such as saving money.
