る。 As is well known, a trolleybus duct is a rectangular cylindrical duct with a trolley running section on the lower side, an opening between the edges of the running section, and a bent section connected to the edge of the trolley running section. The trolley conductor is supported by an insulator and placed inside the duct, and the current collecting trolley is placed inside the duct and the trolley's bogie is placed so that it rolls on the trolley running section. At the same time, the current collector mounted on the trolley is set in contact with the trolley conductor, and the trolley has a connecting body that hangs down from the duct opening. By associating the trolley with the trolley conductor, the trolley travels within the duct and the current collector moves in contact with the trolley conductor as the mobile device travels, thereby collecting current. In addition, the connecting body of the current collection trolley is equipped with a guide wheel, which moves while being positioned between the bends on the opening side of the duct, and prevents the trolley from swinging from side to side unnecessarily. It is intended to achieve stable contact between the trolley conductor and the trolley conductor.

It was mechanically connected by straddling the ends of the duct. In addition, since it is uneasy to grip the left and right side plates only by the elastic fitting of the cover,
A bent part is formed on the lower side to fit into the lower bent part of the duct, and by using the fitted part of these bent parts as a fulcrum, it is rotated toward the left and right sides of the duct, so that the lower end is connected to the duct. A device has been devised to achieve a firm connection by being gripped by a cover that is attached and elastically fitted from above.

Side plates and covers contain manufacturing errors to varying degrees, and these errors tend to appear as gaps between each assembled part, especially when the side plates attached to the left and right sides of the duct have gaps. If the side plate is attached to the duct, the side plate will wobble, creating a step between the butting ends of the two ducts to be connected, and this step will also appear in the trolley running area, causing the trolley to collide with the step. This may impede the smooth running of the current collecting trolley, and sometimes the current collecting trolley may become detached from the trolley conductor, causing sparks to be generated.

The side plates 2, 2 attached to the left and right side surfaces of the duct 1 are installed astride between the abutted end portions of the duct 1 in which the bent portions e, e are formed in series with the edges of the running portions f, f, and the duct 1. A connection part that is attached with a cover 3 that is elastically fitted so as to grip the both side plates from above,
A substantially V-shaped bent portion d is provided on the lower side of the left and right side plates 2, 2 and contacts the lower surfaces of the trolley running portions f, f of the duct, and elastically presses the upper surfaces of the bent portions e, e from an oblique direction. , d, and protrusions a, a are formed on the lower surfaces of the trolley running parts f, f, and holes b, b into which the protrusions a, a are fitted and locked are formed in the bent parts d, d of the side plates. Moreover, the left and right side plates 2 are further characterized in that they have elastic tongues c, c that protrude on the sides that contact the left and right side surfaces of the duct 1.

A position in which it is introduced onto the opening side bent portions e and abuts on the bent portion e (right side plate 2 in Fig. 1).
), and the F-shaped bent part d,
By turning diagonally upward toward the side of the duct while d is in contact with the bent portions e and e of the duct, holes b and b formed in the substantially V-shaped bent portions are inserted into the trolley running portion. The protrusions a, a of the duct are inserted, and the V-shaped bent portions d, d are in contact with the trolley running portions f, f, and the inner surfaces are brought close to the left and right side surfaces of the duct to form elastic tongues c, c. is the duct 1
in contact with the left and right sides of the Once the left and right side plates 2, 2 are attached in this way, the cover 3 is moved downward from the upper side of the duct 1 and fitted elastically, so that the bends at both ends of the cover 3 are bent. The pieces press against the outer surfaces of the upper ends of the left and right side plates 2, 2, thereby achieving a predetermined mechanical connection.

連係できるものとなる。 The left and right side plates 2, 2, which are gripped at the upper side by the elastic fitting of the cover 3, have elastic tongues c, c in contact with the left and right side surfaces of the duct 2 due to the pressing force from the outside of the cover 3. It is elastically displaced so that it can come into contact with the left and right side surfaces of the duct 2. At that time, the side plate itself tries to separate from the side surface of the duct 1 due to the elastic restoring force stored in the elastic tongues c, c, but at this time, the tips of the V-shaped bent parts d, d on the lower side of the duct A pressing force is applied from an oblique direction onto the bent portions e, e, and the V-shaped bent portion d, the duct bent portion e, and the trolley running portion f,
At the same time, the protrusions a, a are strongly pressed against the edge surfaces of the holes b, b into which they are inserted,
As a result, the side plates 2, 2 themselves are prevented from opening outward by the elastic restoring force of the elastic tongues c, c, and by this prevention, the elastic restoring force stored in the elastic tongues c itself is preserved, It can be linked to the duct in a state where it is always elastically pressed.

からである。 In other words, if the trolley running parts f, f are vertically shifted so as to create a step between the abutted ends, the substantially V-shaped bent parts d, d of the side plates 2, 2
A deforming force is applied to change the refraction angle,
The elastic energy stored at that time acts to eliminate such a step, and also creates a step between the left and right bends e and e on the opening side, which provide the rolling surfaces g and g of the guide wheels of the current collection trolley. This is because, if they are misaligned, a further displacement force is applied to the elastically biased elastic tongues c, c, and the elastic energy stored at that time works to eliminate the difference in level.

The intended purpose of providing an improved trolleybus duct connection that does not create a step in the connection has been achieved and is of great practical benefit.
