【考案の詳細な説明】
（産業上の利用分野）
本考案は、車両屋根の一部に開口を設けたサン
ルーフに係るものであり、開口上方よりの強い日
射を遮断するサンシエード部材に関するものであ

（従来技術）
第１図、及び、第１図のＡ−Ａ断面を現す第２
図に示す如く、車両屋根１の一部に開設した開口
部２を開閉自在に施蓋するカバーパネル３と、該
カバーパネル３の下方に設けられ、開口部２上方
よりの強い日射を遮断するサンシエード部材４と
を備えたサンルーフは既に知られているものであ
るが、従来、第３図に示す如くサンシエード部材
は、前後両端を補強の為折曲した折曲部５ａを有
する平担なサンシエードプレート５の上面に、凹
凸成形されたステイフナー等の補強部材６を固着
して強度の向上を図り、そして、前記サンシエー
ドプレート５下面にビニールレザー等の表皮材７
―ａを貼着した緩衝材７ｂとで成る内装材７を貼
設すると共に、又、その周囲を剥離しない様サン
シエードプレート５端部に捲着してサンシエード
部材４を構成していた。しかし、この構造ではサ
ンシエードプレート５に前記ステイフナー等の補
強部材６を溶接等によつて固着する為サンシエー
ドプレート５が熱により形状変化を起したり、重
量の増加又、部品数が増加し、組立能率が悪い等
の問題があつた。この為補強用ビードを一体成型
したサンシエードプレートに内装材を貼設する構
造等も考えられたが、ビード付近が張設状態とな
り、ここからしわ、たるみが発生し、更には内装
材が下方より押された時、該ビード内へ入り込み
内装材表面が凹状態となる等美観上好ましくない

構造簡単で、又、サンシエードプレートの形状変
化を防止すると共に、車室内側から何等かの力に
よつても内装材に凹部等が生じない様に美観をも
保持することが可能なサンシエード部材を提供す

（考案の構成）
本考案の特徴とする処は、車両屋根１の一部に
開設した開口部２を開閉自在に施蓋するカバーパ
ネル３と、該カバーパネル３の下方に設けられ、
開口部２上方よりの日射を遮断するサンシエード
部材４とを備えたサンルーフにおいて、サンシエ
ードプレート１５にビード１５ｂを一体成型する
と共に、該ビード凹部１５ｃを緩衝材１７ｃ等で
埋蔵する如くして、内装材１７を取着した点にあ
り、そして更には前記内装材をサンシエードプレ

説明すると、第４図は本考案による第１実施例で
あり、補強の為のビード１５ｂと折曲部１５ａと
を一体成型したサンシエードプレート１５のビー
ド凹部１５ｃに緩衝材１７ｃ等を埋設してサンシ
エードプレート１５下面の面一を図り、しわ、た
るみを防止すると共に、車室内からの何等かの力
によつて内装材がへこんでも復元する弾性力を与
え、そしてこれにビニールレザー等の表皮材１７
ａを貼着した緩衝材１７ｂから成る内装材１７を
貼設してサンシエード部材１４を形成するもので
ある。又、第５図は本考案による第２実施例を示
す図面であり、ビード１５ｂと折曲部１５ａとを
一体成型したサンシエードプレート１５に表皮材
２７ａを貼着した緩衝材２７ｂを加圧成型する
か、或いは、表皮材２７ａと緩衝材２７―ｂとを
同時に加圧成型することによつて取着し、サンシ
エード部材２４を形成するもので、サンシエード
プレード１５下面の凹凸に関係なく容易に内装材

とが出来、構造簡単及び重量の軽減が図れ、又、
作業性もよく、そして前記補強部材の溶接による
取着時に発生していた形状変化をも防止すると共
に、更には何等かの又は種々の外部からの力によ
る、しわ、たるみ、へこみ等を防止し、容易に内
