Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） この発明は、流し台、調理台、システムキッチンＡ、の
天板製造方法に関する。
（従来技術の欠点） 従来この種流し台等の天板製造方法において、金属≠υ
板素材に貼られた合成樹脂の保護シートは、天板本体の
溶接作業の邪魔であるという理由で溶接前に全部剥ぎ取
られていた。そのため、施工現場において、天板を汚れ
や傷から保護するため、現場において改めて保護シート
やタンボール紙等を天板の上に掛けるという手間を必要
とするという欠点があった。
（発明の目的） この発明は上記欠点を解消するためになされたものであ
って、保護シートを出来る限り有効に利用するようにし
た、流し台等の天板製造方法を提供することを目的とす
るものである。
（実施例） 以下にこの発明を図面に示す実施例に基づいて説明する
。
＄１工程（第１図参照） 金属薄板素材ｌに貼られた合成樹脂の保護シート２を剥
ぐことなく、そのままで、その金属薄板素材１から天板
本体展開板３を切り出す。この天板本体展開板３には、
２つの水槽取付開口４か形成されているが、これらはな
くてもよい。
第２工程（第２図参照） この天板本体展開板３の溶接される縁部５、即ち天板本
体展開板３の折曲後相互に溶接される縁や、折曲後水槽
が溶接される縁等の近傍の保護シート２のみを剥ぐ。第
２図において、細かな横線が施された部分が、保護シー
ト２が剥がされた部分である。
第３工程（第３図参照） 天板本体展開板３を折曲して天板本体６を形成し、その
後、天板本体６の溶接すべき縁５同士を溶接すると共に
、水槽（図示路）等の溶接すべき部材を天板本体６に溶
接する。
（発明の効果） この発明は、前記した如き構成によって、以下に記載の
効果を奏するものである。
天板本体展開板の溶接される縁部近傍の保護シートのみ
を剥いで、即ち、その他の部分の金属薄板素材に貼られ
た合成樹脂の保護シートを剥がさないので、天板保護の
ため、従来と相違して、施工現場において改めて保護シ
ートやタンポール紙等を天板の−しに掛けるという手間
を必要としない。
【図面の簡単な説明】
図面はこの発明の実施例によって製造されたものを示す
ものであって、第１図は第１工程によって製造された天
板本体展開板の平面図、第２図は第２工程によって製造
された天板本体展開板の平面図、第３図は第３工程によ
って製造された天板本体の斜視図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、金属薄板素材に貼られた合成樹脂の保護シートを剥
    ぐことなく、そのままで、その金属薄板素材から天板本
    体展開板を切り出す工程と、この天板本体展開板の溶接
    される縁部近傍の保護シートのみを剥ぐ工程と、その天
    板本体展開板を折曲して天板本体を形成する工程と、天
    板本体の溶接すべき縁同士を溶接する工程とを有するこ
    とを特徴とする流し台等の天板製造方法。 ２、金属薄板素材に貼られた合成樹脂の保護シートを剥
    ぐことなく、そのままで、その金属薄板素材から天板本
    体展開板を切り出す工程と、この天板本体展開板の溶接
    される縁部近傍の保護シートのみを剥ぐ工程と、その天
    板本体展開板を折曲して天板本体を形成する工程と、天
    板本体の溶接すべき縁同士を溶接すると共に、水槽等の
    溶接すべき部材を天板本体に溶接する工程とを有するこ
    とを特徴とする流し台等の天板製造方法。
