Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、レジスタを製造する際にすべての文
字車が予定の位置を表わすように製造するための
文字車位置決め機構に関する。

文字車はレジスタの機能上、その表示面に印刷
された文字を合わせる必要があり、その組立の際

ればならない。従来は手作業で組立を行なつてい
た。その工程は、第1図の様な組立治具1に、ラ
ンダムに文字車が収納された箱2より文字車3を
手で取り出し、目視にて回転方向の位置出しをし
て組立治具1に挿入していた。この為作業能率が
低くこの組立作業に多くの人手を要し、又、組立
治具1はその機能上、文字車3を安定したセツト
状能に保持しにくい為搬送することが出来ない、
などの欠点があり、レジスタの組立の機械化の妨
げになつていた。

の効率向上を計るものである。

本考案ではこの目的を達成するため、複数の文

びそれらの同一部分に穿孔を形成し、これらの孔
にセンターピンおよびロケーシヨンピンを係合さ
せ文字車を回転接触子で回動することにより文字
車の位置決めを行う。

つまりセンターピンとロケーシヨンピンを有し
ている治具本体であればよい。また一実施例で
は円形の文字車を使用したが、これは第7図a
の様な楕円形又はbの様な角形の物でも回転さ
せる軸用の孔と位置出しに使用する穿孔を有し
ているものであればよい。
