2. Description of the Related Art As a lubricating device for an elevator hoisting machine, one is known that utilizes splashed oil produced by the meshing of a worm shaft and a worm wheel, and supplies this oil to a bearing of the worm shaft to lubricate it. A conventional example of such a lubricating device will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. In Figures 1 and 2, 1 is the hoisting machine main body, 2 is a worm shaft supported on the hoisting machine main body 1 by bearings 2a, 2b, and this worm shaft 2 is arranged below this. The worm wheel 4 meshes with the worm wheel 4, and the worm wheel 4 is fixed to the sheave 3 by a shaft 11. A main rope 5 is wound around the sheave 3, and an elevator car 6 is suspended from one end of the main rope 5, and a counterweight 7 is suspended from the other end. 8 is lubricating oil stored in the hoisting machine body 1; 9 is a gutter-like portion formed integrally with the inner wall of the upper member 1a of the hoisting machine body 1; and 10 is an electric motor connected to the worm shaft 2. be.

In the hoisting machine configured as described above, the electric motor 1
0 is energized and the worm shaft 2 rotates, the worm wheel 4 meshing with the worm shaft 2 causes the lubricating oil 8 stored in the lower part of the hoisting machine body 1 to be transferred between the worm shaft 2 and the worm wheel. It is supplied to the meshing position with 4, and is scattered by these meshing. This scattered lubricating oil is collected by a gutter-like portion 9 protruding from the inner wall of the upper member 1a of the hoist 1, and is supplied to the bearings 2a, 2b of the worm shaft 2 to lubricate them.

However, in the conventional type, since the gutter-shaped portion 9 protrudes from the inner wall of the upper member 1a of the hoisting machine 1, the shape of the upper member 1a when casting is complicated, making manufacturing difficult and expensive. Another drawback was that the hoist was heavy.

This invention is an attempt to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional one, and involves fixing a gutter member, in which a plurality of through windows are formed in a staggered arrangement on both side wall plates, to the inner wall of the main body of the hoisting machine. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a lubricating device for an elevator hoisting machine, which has a simple structure, is inexpensive, and is lightweight, yet can efficiently supply lubricating oil to the bearing of a worm shaft.

An embodiment of this invention is shown below in Figures 3 to 5.
This will be explained using figures. In these figures, 12
is a gutter member with a V-shaped cross section, and this gutter member 1
The side wall plates 12 located on both sides of the lowest ridge portion 12c of No. 2
Through windows 15 are formed in each of a and 12b so as to be alternately located in the longitudinal direction of the gutter member 12, that is, in a staggered arrangement. The gutter member 12 is located directly above the worm shaft 2, and the flanges 13d and 13e protruding outward from the side wall plates 12a and 12b are attached to the mounting bolts 13a,
It is fixed to the inner wall of the hoisting machine main body 1 with a nut 13b,
Further, the longitudinal direction of the gutter member 12 is along the axial direction of the worm shaft 2, and the lowest ridge portion 12 of the gutter member 12 is positioned at the lowest position in the bearing box 14 portion of the worm shaft 2.
c is inclined. In FIG. 3, 14a is a lubricating oil supply port provided in the bearing box 14, and this supply port 14a faces the lower end of the gutter member 12, where the lowest ridge 12c is located at the lowest position. The configuration of this embodiment other than the above is the same as the conventional one shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, so the same configuration as in FIGS. The same reference numerals are given to the figures and the explanation is omitted. Although FIG. 3 only shows the lubricating device at one end of the worm shaft 2, the lubricating device at the other end of the worm shaft is constructed in the same manner as that at the one end.

The lubricating device according to an embodiment of the invention configured as described above has a plurality of through windows 15 in the inclined side plates 12a and 12b of the gutter member 12 for guiding lubricating oil.
Since the worm wheels 4 and worm shafts 2 are arranged in a staggered manner, the lubricating oil scattered by the engagement between the worm wheel 4 and the worm shaft 2 can penetrate through one side wall plate 12b as shown by arrow A in FIG. It passes through the window 15 and is collected on the other side wall plate 12a, falls through the bottom of the gutter member 12 from one end thereof, and is supplied to the bearing 2a through the supply port 14a of the bearing box 14. Furthermore, when the rotation direction of the worm shaft 2 is reversed, the lubricating oil is scattered in the opposite direction to the arrow A mentioned above because the through windows 15 are arranged in a staggered manner in the side wall plates 12a and 12b. Except for this, the same effect as described above can be obtained.

As explained above, the elevator hoisting machine lubrication device according to this invention has both side wall plates 12a and 12b.
The gutter member 12 in which the through windows 15 are formed in a staggered arrangement on one side and the other side is attached to the worm shaft 2.
Since the worm shaft 2 is located directly above the worm shaft and fixed to the inner wall of the hoist main body 1, lubricating oil can be efficiently supplied to both the left and right rotations of the worm shaft 2. 12 is made of a plate material separate from the main body 1 of the hoisting machine, the structure is simple, it can be applied even when the distance between the upper inner wall surface of the hoisting machine and the worm shaft is narrow, and it is lightweight and inexpensive. This has the advantage that it is possible to provide a lubricating device.
