DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is typified by architectural panels, such as wall panels and ceiling panels, which require insulation and decorative effects in their usage. The plate is polymerized and fixed,
The present invention also relates to a method for producing a decorative composite board in which the other surface of the cement mortar board is decorated.

As shown in FIG. 3, one of the conventionally known methods for producing decorative composite boards as described above is to pour and supply cement mortar 01A into a formwork 05 (using glass fiber-reinforced cement mortar). ), the molded heat insulating board 02 is pressed onto the cement mortar 01A while it is still uncured, and if necessary, it is cured under pressure, and after it has hardened, the troweled surface is decorated by painting. However, most of these manufacturing methods are manual batch processes, and the mold cannot be removed until the cement mortar has sufficiently hardened, and the cosmetic process is a completely separate process. As a result, production efficiency was extremely low, resulting in a significant increase in production costs.

In view of these circumstances, the purpose of the present invention is to propose a method that can manufacture the entire product including makeup in an extremely efficient continuous flow process, and has been developed to achieve this purpose. The gist of the method for manufacturing a decorative composite board according to the present invention is that while a water-impermeable decorative film is continuously transferred, cement mortar is supplied to the back side of the decorative film, and then the decorative film of the cement mortar is Lay a heat insulating board on the side opposite to the side where the molded heat insulating board exists, and press the cement mortar between the decorative film and the molded heat insulating board. After curing the cement mortar in this state, cut the board to the required size. In other words, the method of the present invention can be summarized as follows: (a) A water-impermeable, flexible cosmetic film pre-formed into a sheet is used as a cosmetic means; B. In view of the use of a water-impermeable decorative film as in ○A above, a method of supplying cement mortar directly to this decorative film was adopted, and a heat insulating composite board was created in which the cement mortar and the heat insulating board were laminated and fixed. It is characterized by incorporating a makeup process into its own manufacturing process, and manufacturing the entire product including makeup in one continuous flow process. In comparison, there is an advantage that production efficiency can be significantly improved and production costs can be reduced, and a composite board with excellent decorative effects can be obtained without moisture in the cement mortar seeping out onto the decorative surface.

(1) The cosmetic film 3, which is made by heat-sealing a cosmetic vinyl chloride resin film 3A with a thickness of 0.05 to 5.0 mm and a nylon/tetron mixed nonwoven fabric 3B, is wound into a roll, and then the first belt is rolled. conveyor 6
Glass fiber-reinforced cement mortar (hereinafter referred to as (Described as GRC.) 1A is sprayed and supplied. It is preferable that the cement mortar has a fast-setting composition, and 0.05 to 0.2 of the calcium aluminate melt and 0 to 0.02 of the hardening retarder are added to the cement. However, it is not necessary to use this fast curing formulation.

As the decorative film 3, as described in the examples, if a material made by bonding a water-impermeable resin film and cloth is used, the cloth will exert an anchor effect on the cement mortar and will be difficult to peel off, and if a non-woven fabric is used as the cloth, it will become fluffy. Since there are many, the anchor effect becomes larger.
