Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 曲線区間に於ける電車線支持には可動ブラケツ
トへ振止パイプと曲線引金具とを装着した構造が
公知である。曲線金具はその一端部が振止パイプ
の自由端に枢着してあり、他端イヤ部は、パンタ
グラフの通過により、前記枢着点を中心に円弧を
描いて昇降する。曲線引金具は弓形に彎曲させて
はあるが常にパンタグラフと異常接近する不安を
はらんでいるし、電車線は偏摩耗する。本発明は
この不利を一掃し、しかも全体の構造を著るしく
簡素化するものである。
図面についてその実施例を説明する。主パイプ
１は支柱Ｐへ水平回動可能に枢着されている。斜
パイプ２は一端が同じく支柱Ｐへ枢着され、他端
は主パイプの中央部へ係止されており、主パイプ
と一体化して回動可能である。取付金具３は主パ
イプ１への取付部と吊架線受３ａとから成り、主
パイプの自由端側へ位置調節可能に固着され、吊
架線受３ａを上方へ突出させている。ケース４は
上下ふた４ａ，４ｂを有する円筒体で、上ふた４
ａにより吊架線と対応する位置で主パイプの下面
へ固着垂下されている。ロツド５はケースの下ふ
た４ｂに穿つた孔を昇降自在に貫通し、上端にス
トツパ板５ａが固着され、下端にはイヤＥが装着
されている。ケース４とロツド５の間の環状空間
には円筒６とリテーナ７と球８とから成る球装置
Ｂが挿入される。円筒６とロツド５はいわば球軸
受の外輪、内輪の関係にあり、ロツド５は軽快に
昇降可能となつている。
本発明は以上のように構成され、第１図のよう
に主パイプへ装着して吊架線Ｍと電車線Ｔとを支
持する。電車線Ｔは本装置の両側のハンガＨで支
持され、ロツド５の上端ストツパ板５ａはケース
４のたて方向中央部に位置する。この状態で電車
線を支柱Ｐに対し引寄せ或は押出すことによつて
曲線区間を形成する。電車線Ｔを押上げながら進
行するパンタグラフにより、イヤＥには水平垂直
両方向の力がかかるが、本装置のロツドはこの中
の垂直分力に対応して円滑に昇降する。但しその
昇降範囲はストツパ板によつて限定される。
第５図に他の実施例を示す。保護筒９はケース
４の外周へ昇降自在にはめこまれ、その下ふたで
ロツド５へ固着され一体化している。外筒１０は
さらにその外方にあつて上端がケース４の上ふた
４ａに固着されている。保護筒９と外筒１０の間
には、保護筒９の下降によつて圧縮可能にばね１
１が挿入してある。この構造では保護筒がケース
４へ塵埃その他が侵入するのを防ぐ役目をし、ば
ね１１はロツド５の振動の際下方への衝撃を緩衝
する。
従来の曲線引装置は長尺の振止パイプ、曲線引
金具等複数の部材を組込んだ構造である。このた
め主パイプも長尺のものとならざるを得ない。そ
れでもパンタグラフとの接触の不安は残り、かつ
曲線引金具の揺動に伴う電車線の偏摩耗が避けら
れない。これに対し本発明ではコンパクトなケー
スの組込でたりる。このため主パイプは短尺とな
り、しかも押しと引きに両用できる。パンタグラ
フとの接触の不安は完全に払拭され、電車線の偏
摩耗も起らない。以上が本発明の特徴である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 支柱へ水平回動可能に枢着された主パイプ
    と、一端は同じく支柱へ枢着され他端は主パイプ
    中央部へ係止された斜パイプとを有する可動ブラ
    ケツトに装着され、主パイプ自由端側へ位置調節
    可能に固着され上面に吊架線受を有する取付金具
    と、上下ふたを具え上ふたにより吊架線受対応位
    置に於て主パイプ下面へ固着垂下された円筒ケー
    スと、円筒ケースの下ふたを昇降自在に貫通し上
    端にストツパ板が固着され下端にイヤを装着した
    ロツドとから成る垂直移動式曲線引装置。
